BEYONCE
3 year old female
Beyonce is such a sweetheart who has worked so hard to come out of her shell. Beyonce first came to us from her owners who could no longer keep her. She was very timid and unsure of her new surroundings. After a few weeks, she started to open up and grow more fond of affection. Now, this little girl loves to be petted. She will press her head into your hands for maximum affection. Beyonce is tolerant of other cats, but hasn't made any kitty friends. She came to us with her daughter, Blue Ivy. Initially we thought they may be a bonded pair, but they have grown apart the longer they spend in the shelter setting. They can be adopted together or separate. Beyonce would thrive in a calm home with relaxed older children/teens or adults only.
BLUE IVY
1 year old female
Blue Ivy is a very fun, playful, and spunky girl! She loves to be petted and will weave in between your legs for affection. Blue Ivy came to us when her owners could no longer keep her. She is such a social girl with humans. She can be a bit testy when it comes to other kitties. Blue Ivy loves to play with toys and snuggle up for a long nap. She came to us with her mom, Beyonce, and they get along well. Although we do not believe them to be a bonded pair, they could be adopted together or separate. Blue Ivy would do well with kids who are respectful of cats.
BOOTSIE
2.5 year old female
Bonded pair with Rookie
Bootsie is such a friendly, curious, and affectionate lady! She loves everyone she meets and her BFF, Rookie. Bootsie loves to play. She enjoys stuffed toys and catnip toys. If she is not tangled between your legs, Bootsie can also be found lounging around in a cozy bed. Bootsie lived in her previous home with her sister since she was a kitten. Unfortunately, their human mom was experiencing significant medical issues and was medically advised to find new homes for her beloved kitties. Bootsie has lived with cat-friendly kiddos. She has not lived with other cats, aside from Rookie, and has not lived with dogs.
CLAUDE
3 year old male
FIV+
*In foster care
Claude has survived unimaginable hardships, from subzero temperatures to sweltering heat, countless cat fights, speeding cars, and dogs chasing him into the woods. Despite his tough start in life, Claude has transformed into a playful, affectionate companion, thanks to the patience and love of his caretaker. This big boy has a personality that's simply purr-fect! With his adorable trills, Claude will have you laughing out loud and melting your heart. He loves nothing more than being with his human, getting rubs, and just chilling.
Claude deserves a chance to thrive and share his unconditional love with someone special. While Claude requires a home as the only pet and no small children due to his past trauma, he promises to be a loyal and loving companion. With a little patience and understanding, Claude will flourish and become the center of your world.
EVERETT
2 year old male
*In foster care
Everett is currently placed in a foster home for socialization. He would love to find a very patient and calm adopter. He is a fearful kitty, and unfortunately we don't know much about his background. When he first arrived, we were able to pet him, but he was clearly petrified. Now that he is not paralyzed with fear, he makes it very clear he does not want to be touched. Right now, Everett makes a great silent roommate. He gets along well with other cats. He is interested in the laser pointer and climbing cat towers, but struggles with fear and lack of confidence when humans are present. We are still working to find what motivates Everett. He needs a very special and patient home.

KADENCE
5 year old female
FIV+
Bonded pair with Kennen
*In foster care
Kadence came to us from a hoarding situation of 50+ cats in deplorable conditions. Kadence starts off timid, but will warm up and purr for affection. She will give head bumps, too! Once Kadence's purring starts, it takes a while to stop! You could walk away from her and she would continue resting and purring. Kadence enjoys climbing in her cat tower and snuggling with her friend, Kennen. She is FIV+, but that is okay! She can safely live with other positive and negative cats and absolutely adores other cats. She loves other cats so much that she lacks personal space and will always rub and bump against her foster siblings. We are unsure on dogs. She needs a patient home to work on integrating him into new surroundings, so a home with adults only, or with cat-savvy teens, would be best. Kadence loves to play with any toys that have feathers, especially wand toys! Playtime is the quickest way to win over Kadence's heart. She is also food-motivated girl that will immediately appear when she hears a treat bag.
KENNEN
5 year old male
Bonded pair with Kadence
*In foster care
Kennen came to us from a hoarding situation of 50+ cats in deplorable conditions. Kennen is an absolute sweetheart that loves to be petted. He is friendly and curious, despite being one of the last kitties removed from the house. Kennen loves treats and is learning to play with toys. He shows some interest in scratch pads. Most often, he is found lounging in a cat cubby or laying on a window seat. Kennen has grown his bravery and confidence, and is seeking the company of other kitties in his foster home. He enjoys watching out the window and snuggling with his pal, Kadence. Kennen would do best remaining with Kadence, as they were regularly seen together in the home they came from. They would do well living with other cats. We are unsure of dogs. He needs a patient home to work on integrating him into new surroundings, so a home with adults only, or with cat-savvy teens, would be best.
MOLSON
3 year old male
Molson is a laid-back boy who was found as a stray. A local colony caretaker was providing food for Molson outdoors and noted that he had some injuries. When Molson came to us, he had a large lump on his head, later found to be an abscess, and an eye injury. He also had some other minor injuries on his legs and matted fur. Molson's eye is still healing, but otherwise, he looks great.
We are still learning the personality of this gorgeous boy. He enjoys being petted, but can get scared of quick movements. We are unsure yet if he is okay with other pets. He has been an outdoor cat for some time, so a home that is cautious about doors and windows is necessary.
Fun fact: Molson got his name from two very well-known WOASH alum named Milo and Carson. His looks and demeanor reminded us of these two kitties, so their names were combined to name him Molson.
PACINO
5 year old male
Pacino is the sweetest boy with a scary story! This guy came to us after a Good Samaritan had found him injured from being attacked by a stray dog. This guy was covered in blood and feces, so it was difficult to determine the nature of his injuries. After a few days to get cleaned up and care for his wounds, we found that the damage was not as bad as initially thought.
Pacino has healed up well and can't wait to find his forever home. He is a total lap cat. He will flop over on his back, nudge into your hands, and purr until he drools. He loves to be brushed. He is a fiend for wet food, and will be your best friend for life after a quick snack. Pacino is infatuated with other cats and would love to have kitty friends. He needs a home with no dogs.
PIERRE
5 year old male
Pierre, a once feral feline, has lived a life of hardship and resilience. At just five years old, he has survived a dog bite, cat fights, and extreme temperatures. Pierre had a wonderful caretaker who spent over two years socializing with him and mending his wounds. He loves nothing more than a tummy rub!
This handsome boy loves to scratch on cardboard scratchers, indulge wet food, and savor Temptations hard treats. Brightly colored wand toys are his playtime favorite, and he can't resist a good munch on cat grass - a habit he developed since his feral beginnings. You will see Pierre in pure bliss when you gift him with Catnip! You are guaranteed an evening of laughter after watching him munch on his psychedelic greens!
Pierre adores soft beds and the soothing sound of water fountains, making him a true connoisseur of comfort. But what he loves most is snuggling!
Pierre's journey from feral to fostered has taught him to appreciate the little things in life, and he's now ready to share his affectionate and playful self with a forever family. Pierre would love to live in an adult only home or with cat-savvy older kids. He is happiest when with other cats, so he definitely needs a home with kitty pals. He needs a home with no dogs.

VIENNA
2 year old female
Vienna was found as a stray in an alley between two houses, crying out for help. She was malnourished and overall in poor health. The Good Samaritan who found her took her to the vet and was able to get started with basic care.
Vienna is a very affectionate girl who loves to be petted. She is very food motivated, too!
Vienna is still adjusting to her new surroundings and we are still getting to know her. Her finder noted that she did well with her young children and four small breed dogs. She is nervous in the shelter setting and will get spooked by fast movements and loud noises.
Most kittens are in foster homes. All pets require an appointment to meet them, but especially kittens, as meet and greets depend on foster availability. To schedule a meet and greet please call 412-672-8901 or email adopt@whiteoakanimalsafehaven.com.
